  • 1 14 cups cooked squash
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 18 teaspoon mace
  • 18 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 dash black pepper
  • 13 cup apple cider

Directions

    Place squash in buttered 1 1/2 quart casserole.

    Add butter, salt, mace, cinnamon and pepper.

    Pour cider over squash.

    Cover and bake at 350* for 45 minutes, stirring once during baking.
