  • apple juice
  • cinnamon graham crackers, broken into fine crumbs

Directions

    Dip chicken into apple juice and coat with cinnamon graham cracker crumbs.

    Put into baking dish with small amount of apple juice added to bottom to prevent sticking.

    Bake a 350° for 40 minutes.
