- 4 c. apple juice
- 1/4 c. red hots
- 1 pkg. powdered fruit pectin
- 4 1/2 c. sugar
Directions

1Boil your fruit jars for 10 minutes.

2Let cool upside down on a dish towel.

3Combine juice and pectin in large saucepan; bring to a full, rolling boil.

4Add sugar and candies, stirring constantly; bring to a boil.

5Boil for 3 minutes; remove from heat.

6Let boiling subside; skim foam from top.

7Pour into sterilized jars; seal.
-
8Makes 8 1/2 pints.
