- 6 oz. pineapple juice
- 1/2 c. uncooked oatmeal
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1 c. Grape-Nuts cereal
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Cover bottom of 8-inch Teflon coated pan with uncooked oatmeal.

3Cover oatmeal with mixture as directed.

4Save Grape-Nuts cereal for later.

5Cover tightly with foil and bake 1 hour.

6Remove foil.

7Sprinkle cobbler with Grape-Nuts.

8Bake for additional 15 minutes.
