  • 2 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. flour (heaping)
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch (heaping)
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Directions

    Line 10-inch pie shell; fill with sliced apples.

    Pour cream mixture over top of apples.

    Top with sugar and cinnamon.

    Bake at 425° for 15 minutes, then bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
