  • 2 12 lbs apples, sliced thin
  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • 14 cup cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 12 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 34 cup all-purpose flour
  • 6 tablespoons melted butter

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    Line a cookie sheet with tin foil.

    Lightly grease an 8x8 baking dish.

    In a bowl, mix together apples, 1/2 cup brown sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
