  • 4 c. apples, sliced (peeled or unpeeled)
  • 3/4 c. flour (self-rising)
  • 3/4 c. brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 c. oats
  • 1/3 c. walnuts, chopped
  • 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 c. (1 stick) margarine

Directions

    Place apples in ungreased 8-inch square pan.

    Mix flour, brown sugar, oats, walnuts, cinnamon and margarine (softened).

    Mix and sprinkle over apples.

    Bake at 375° for 30 minutes or until top is golden brown and apples are tender.
