- 4 c. apples, sliced
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3/4 c. flour
- 1/3 c. margarine or butter
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/2 c. sugar
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Grease a 7 x 11-inch baking pan and place apples in bottom.

3Combine cinnamon, salt and water; sprinkle over apples.

4In a separate bowl, pinch together the flour, sugar and margarine until the mixture resembles corn meal.

5Place on top of apples.

6Bake for approximately 40 minutes, or until the topping is bubbly and lightly golden.

7Serve with Cool Whip, whipped cream or French vanilla ice cream while still warm.
