- 7 apples, peeled, cored and quartered
- 6 oz. frozen apple juice concentrate, defrosted
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 1/2 c. Vanilla Granola (recipe follows)
- 1 Tbsp. unsalted butter
Directions

1Spray saucepan with Pam.

2Add apples, apple juice, sugar and cinnamon.

3Saute until apples are tender and juice caramelized, about 15 minutes.

4Spray Pam on a 6 x 8-inch baking dish.

5Place apples in pan and reserve juice.

6Preheat oven to 350°.

7Cover apples with granola and pour over reserved juice.

8Dot with butter.
-
9Bake 20 to 30 minutes.

10Serve warm with vanilla frozen yogurt.
