  • 6 green apples
  • 2tbs apple juice
  • 1tbs lemon juice
  • 50g brown sugar
  • 50g raisins or sultanas
  • 1/2 tsp ground cloves
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • pinch of salt
  • Nob of butter
  • CRUMBLE
  • 170g plain flour
  • 170g oats
  • 65g chopped pecans or walnuts
  • 150g butter
  • 160g cassonade brown sugar
  • 1tsp salt
