  • 4 pippin apples
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • 600 milliliters port wine
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • 1 cup sugar yellow
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 3/4 milk melted margarine

    Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

    Peel and core the apples, and cut into thin slices.

    Evenly distribute the apples in a baking tray, and sprinkle with lemon juice, Port wine, honey, and cinnamon.

    In a bowl, mix all the remaining ingredients with a wooden spoon, until obtaining a homogeneous mixture.

    Spread this topping on top of the apples, and bake until the apples are fully cooked.
