  • 5 medium size apples
  • 1/4 c. packed brown sugar
  • 3/4 c. flour
  • 3/4 c. granulated sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 c. melted margarine

Directions

    Pare and slice apples; mix with brown sugar in baking pan. Set aside.

    Mix flour, sugar, salt and cinnamon; set aside.

    Beat egg; mix with flour mixture until crumbly.

    Spread over fruit. Bake at 375° for about 45 minutes until lightly browned.

    Serve warm.
