  • 2 c. brown sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 c. self-rising flour
  • 3 c. peeled apples
  • 1 c. pecans or black walnuts

    Mix oil, sugar and eggs.

    Stir in flour one cup at a time.

    Pour into a greased and floured tube pan.
