   Add eggs, one at a time.

   Sift dry ingredients

   into egg mixture.

   Stir in apples, nuts and

   vanilla.

    buttered spring-form tube pan. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until tests done.

    Remove from pan. Top with brown sugar glaze.
