  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. salad oil
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 (12 oz.) butterscotch chips
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 diced apples
  • 2 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 3/4 tsp. cinnamon

Directions

    Mix sugar, eggs and oil. Add dry ingredients, mixing well. Add apples and nuts.

    Pour into a greased and floured jelly roll pan. Sprinkle butterscotch chips over the top. Bake at 325° for 1 hour.
