  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 1/2 c. coconut
  • 2 1/2 c. sliced apples
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 egg

Directions

    Put yellow cake mix, margarine and coconut in bowl and mix. Pat into ungreased 13 x 9-inch pan.

    Bake 10 minutes at 350°.

    Mix sugar, cinnamon and apples and put over baked crust.

    Blend the sour cream and egg; drizzle over top.

    Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
