  • 1 large tin apples
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. salt

    In one bowl, combine the first 4 ingredients.

    In another bowl, combine remaining ingredients.

    Mix the 2 mixtures together. Bake at 325° for 45 to 55 minutes in greased 13 x 9-inch pan. Serve with custard, ice cream or whipped cream.
