- 1 large can (10) Butter-Me-Not biscuits
- 3 large apples, cut each into 8 wedges
- 1 1/2 sticks margarine, melted
- 1 1/2 c. hot water
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- ground cinnamon
Directions

1Split biscuits into 2 parts.

2Wrap each eighth of apple, sprinkled with a bit of ground cinnamon, with 1/2 biscuit.

3Use pan 2 1/2 to 3-inches deep and 8 to 12-inches wide.

4Place the 20 dumplings into pan (separated).

5Mix margarine, hot water, sugars and vanilla; pour over the dumplings.

6Bake in preheated oven at 350° for 45 minutes and enjoy a dessert better than any apple pie.
