  • 1/2 cup apple juice
  • 6 tbsp Calvados
  • 1 tsp finely grated orange zest
  • 1 None Granny Smith apple, cored, seeded and diced
  • 1 1/2 cups chilled Prosecco or other sparkling wine

    Fill four glasses with ice cubes. Mix together the apple juice, Calvados and orange zest, then divide among the glasses. Add the apple, top up with the Prosecco and serve.
