- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. melted shortening
- 1 egg
Directions

1Peel and chop apples; set aside.

2Sift together flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.

3Add to apples.

4Add melted shortening and egg.

5Mix well and fry like pancakes on low heat in shortening. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
