  • 2 teabags Taj Mahal or other black tea
  • 1/4 apple, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 pear, thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon diced fresh ginger root
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • dash of nutmeg
