- 1/2 c. softened butter
- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix (with pudding in it)
- 1/2 c. flaked coconut
- 1 (20 oz.) can sliced apples, well drained
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 egg yolks
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Cut butter into dry cake mix until crumbly.

3Mix in coconut.

4Pat mixture lightly into ungreased 13 x 9-inch pan building up slight edges.

5Bake 10 minutes.

6Place apple slices on warm crust, sprinkling with mixed sugar and cinnamon.

7Blend sour cream and egg yolks.

8Drizzle over top. Bake about 25 minutes, or until apples or edges are lightly browned.

9Do not overbake.

10Serve warm or cooled.
