  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 4 red Delicious apples
  • 1 egg
  • 1 small container sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • mixture of sugar and cinnamon

Directions

    Mix cake mix, 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon and butter.

    Pack in pan and bake 10 to 15 minutes at 350°.

    Cook apples and drain.

    Place them on crust.

    Sprinkle apples with sugar and cinnamon mixture. Mix egg, sour cream and sugar; drizzle over top of apples.

    Bake 25 minutes at 375°.
