Apple Kuchen

   Preheat oven to 350°.

   Cut margarine into cake mix as if for pie dough.

   Mix in coconut.

   Put into a 13 x 9-inch cake pan; pat down.

   Build up edges.

   Bake for 10 minutes and remove from oven. Spread pie filling over crust.

   Mix sour cream and eggs well and drizzle over the top.

   Bake for 25 minutes more.

   Good warm or cold.
