- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 3 cups chopped apples
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 cup packed dark brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 3 eggs
- 2 cups chopped walnuts
- 2 teaspoons vanilla

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

4Thoroughly combine apples and sugars and then add the oil, eggs, nuts, and vanilla.
