  • 1 c. butter
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. mace
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 c. apples, chopped
  • 1 c. nuts, chopped

Directions

    Cream butter and sugar.

    Add eggs, one at a time, and mix well.

    Sift flour and add spices.

    Add dry ingredients gradually. Stir in vanilla, apples and nuts.

    Pack into greased Bundt pan. Bake at 325° for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
