  • 3 eggs
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 c. plain flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 tsp. cloves
  • 3 c. mellow apples, diced
  • 1 c. pecans, chopped

Directions

    Mix oil, eggs, sugar and vanilla.

    Sift dry ingredients; blend with first mixture.

    Add apples and pecans.

    Pour into a greased and floured pan.

    Place in a cold oven.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 10 minutes.

    Remove from pan while still hot.
