  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3 c. diced apples (Delicious apples)
  • 1 c. English walnuts

    Mix first 7 ingredients well.

    Fold in the apples and walnuts. Pour in greased and floured cake pan. Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes.
