  • 2 c. sugar
  • 3 eggs (one at a time)
  • 1 1/2 c. salad oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions

    Mix dry ingredients together and set aside.

    Beat sugar, eggs, salad oil and vanilla.

    Add the dry ingredients gradually.

    Fold into batter 3 cups diced apples and 1 cup chopped nuts.

    Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes (glass dish, 325°). You can grease and flour dish or use Baker's Joy.
