  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1/2 (6 oz.) can frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped, toasted pecans
  • 4 to 6 c. assorted fruit

    Beat cheese and apple juice in small mixing bowl until smooth. Cover and chill at serving time.
