- 4 c. thinly sliced apples
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. milk
Directions

1Saute apples and butter in pan on medium heat for 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients (sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg).

2Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes in covered pan.

3Mix flour and salt together.

4Add eggs and milk.

5Stir with wire whisk until well blended.

6Pour into ovenproof skillet with 1 teaspoon melted butter.

7Bake for 10 minutes.

8Pancakes will fluff up.

9You will need to punch down with fork.

10Lower temperature to 350° and bake for 5 more minutes.
