Apple-Pecan Pound Cake

- 1 1/2 c. oil
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 3 c. flour
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 (21 oz.) can apple pie filling
- 1 1/4 c. chopped pecans
Directions

1Combine oil, sugar and eggs in mixer bowl; mix well.

2Mix flour, soda, cinnamon and salt together in bowl.

3Add to batter alternately, with pie filling, mixing well after each addition. Stir in pecans.

4Spoon into greased and floured tube pan.

5Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.

6Remove to wire rack to cool.
