- 2 lb. (6 to 8) apples
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 to 1 tsp. cinnamon
Directions

1Peel, core and slice apples thinly.

2Sprinkle sugar, flour and spices on apples, mix well.

3Fill crust with mixture, add butter. Add top crust, brush with milk and sprinkle with sugar.

4Bake at 375° for 25 minutes.

5Rotate, then bake 20 to 25 minutes (or more).
