- 2 (9-inch) pie crusts
- 5 to 6 tart apples
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/2 Tbsp. nutmeg
- 1/2 Tbsp. cinnamon
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. tapioca pudding
Directions

1Slice apples.

2Fill 9-inch uncooked pie crust.

3Add butter, nutmeg, cinnamon and sugar over apples.

4Add tapioca around edge or mix with apples.

5Cover top with pie crust.

6Fold edges under bottom crust. Cut slits for steam in top of pie crust.

7Bake for 1 hour at 400° or until apples are done.
