  • 6 oz. can frozen unsweetened apple juice, thawed
  • 2 Tbsp. tapioca
  • 6 c. peeled, sliced apples*
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

    Cook the apple juice concentrate and the tapioca until thick. Add apples to the hot mixture; stir until well coated.
