Apple Pie "No Sugar"

- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 6 oz. frozen apple juice concentrate
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- pinch of nutmeg
- pinch of salt
- 4 c. apples, sliced
- 1/3 c. walnuts (optional)
- 1/3 c. raisins (optional)
Directions

1Heat apple juice and then add cornstarch.

2Stir constantly over medium heat until thickened.

3Remove from heat and add cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, walnuts and raisins.

4Stir in 4 cups of sliced apples.

5Pour in pie crust and place lattice on top.

6Place on hot cookie sheet.

7Cook at 350° for 55 minutes.
