  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. water
  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 4 to 5 medium apples
  • biscuit dough

Directions

    Mix sugar, water and margarine in a saucepan and simmer.

    Roll biscuit dough to a rectangle as for a jelly roll.

    Peel apples and grate or chop.

    Cover dough with apples and roll.

    Cut into 1-inch pieces and put in 15 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.

    Pour sauce over apple pinwheels and bake until golden brown in 350° oven.
