- 2 cups corn flakes
- 2 cups apples, thinly sliced (Winesap or tart apple)
- 12 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons margarine
Directions

1Place layer of cornflakes in well buttered baking dish.

2Add a layer of apples.

3Combine brown sugar and cinnamon.

4Sprinkle sugar mixture over apples.

5Dot with butter or margarine.

6Repeat until all apples and cornflakes are used.

7Bake at 375 for 30 to 40 minutes.

8Serve with ice cream or whip cream.
