- 1 (16 oz.) apple pie filling
- 1 unbaked 10-inch pie shell
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp. each, cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 (16 oz.) pumpkin
- 2 Tbsp. molasses
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
- 1 1/4 c. milk
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
Directions

1Pour apple pie filling into unbaked pie shell.

2Combine cornstarch, spices, salt and sugar.

3Add pumpkin, molasses and melted butter.

4Blend well.

5Combine milk and eggs.

6Stir in; pour over apple filling.

7(To avoid spills, add last of milk and egg mixture with pie on oven rack--pan will be brimful).

8Bake at 425° for 40 minutes or until knife inserted in pie comes out clean. Chill, then garnish with whipped cream.
