- 1 1/2 c. all purpose flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 2/3 c. packed brown sugar
- 1 c. rolled oats
- 1 1/2 c. grated apple
- 1/4 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
- 1/4 c. raisins
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2Grease and flour one 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 inch loaf pan.

3In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, brown sugar and oats.

4Add apple, nuts, raisins, eggs, milk and oil.

5Blend until dry ingredients are moistened.

6Bake for 55 to 60 minutes, or until done.

7Cool on wire rack.
