- 4 cups low-sodium white bread, cubed
- 1 12 cups diced baking apples
- 12 cup seedless raisin
- 1 12 cups skim milk
- 34 cup Egg Beaters egg substitute
- 12 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons Fleischmann's margarine, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 14 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 18 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Directions

1In greased 2-quart casserole, combine bread cubes, apples and raisins; set aside.

2Combine milk, EGG BEATERS, sugar, margarine, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg; pour over bread mixture.

3Bake at 350 degrees F. for 45 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

4Serve warm.

5MICROWAVE: Assemble pudding as above in 2-quart microwavable casserole; cover.

6Microwave at MEDIUM (50% power) for 6 minutes, stirring every 3 minutes.

7Microwave at MEDIUM 8 to 10 minutes more, rotating dish 1/2 turn after 4 minutes.
