- 12 fat-free apple fruit newtons, chopped
- 8 slices raisin bread
- 1 1/2 c. skim milk
- 1 c. egg substitute
- 2 Tbsp. polyunsaturated margarine
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
Directions

1In greased 2-quart casserole, combine cookies and bread cubes. Combine milk, egg substitute, margarine, vanilla and nutmeg.

2Pour over cookie mixture.

3Cover and bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Uncover, bake 20 to 30 minutes more until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

4Serve warm.
