  • 1 1/3 c. diced, peeled apples
  • 1/2 c. orange juice
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 c. packaged pre-cooked rice

Directions

    Combine apples, orange juice, oleo, salt and cinnamon in a saucepan.
