Apple Rolls

Ingredients

  • 2 Rome apples, grated
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • vanilla
  • butter (as much as you want)
  • biscuit dough (regular biscuit dough)

Directions

    Roll dough out the size of a plate.

    Put apples, sugar and pats of butter on dough.

    Sprinkle with vanilla.

    Roll into a roll and place in well-greased pan.

    May repeat for as many rolls as you want.

    Bake in oven for 40 minutes or until well done at 350°. Remove from oven.

    Mix 2 cups milk, 1 1/2 cups sugar and vanilla. Pour over apple rolls.

    Return to oven about 30 minutes or until thickened.

    Serve while hot.
