- 2 Rome apples, grated
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- vanilla
- butter (as much as you want)
- biscuit dough (regular biscuit dough)
Directions

1Roll dough out the size of a plate.

2Put apples, sugar and pats of butter on dough.

3Sprinkle with vanilla.

4Roll into a roll and place in well-greased pan.

5May repeat for as many rolls as you want.

6Bake in oven for 40 minutes or until well done at 350°. Remove from oven.

7Mix 2 cups milk, 1 1/2 cups sugar and vanilla. Pour over apple rolls.

8Return to oven about 30 minutes or until thickened.

9Serve while hot.
