Name: Apple Salad
Ingredients: 2 boxes lemon jello; 16 large marshmallows, cut up; 2 c. hot water; 1 c. cold water; 2 large apples, diced, unpeeled; 1 small can crushed pineapple; 1/2 c. pecan pieces; 3/4 c. sugar; 2 eggs; juice of 1 lemon; 1 container Cool Whip

2 boxes lemon jello
16 large marshmallows, cut up
2 c. hot water
1 c. cold water
2 large apples, diced, unpeeled
1 small can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. pecan pieces
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
juice of 1 lemon
1 container Cool Whip

Directions

Melt jello in hot water.

Add marshmallows.

Add cold water and let partially set.

Fold in pineapple and nuts.

Chill until firm.

Beat together 3/4 cup sugar, 2 eggs and juice of 1 lemon. Cook to full boil, stirring continuously.

Watch closely.

Let cool and add 3/4 container Cool Whip.

Spread on cooled jello and slice.
