  • 8 to 10 medium sized apples
  • 1 (10 to 13 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
  • juice from pineapple
  • 1 Tbsp. white vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. walnuts or pecans

Directions

    Peel and cut apples into bite size pieces.

    Drain pineapple chunks and mix with apples.

    Combine juice from pineapple chunks with flour and vinegar.

    Cook juice, vinegar and flour until thickened.

    Pour over apples and pineapple.

    Add cheese and nuts and mix until coated.
