- 6 large apples cut into chunks
- 4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 juice from 1 lime
- 1 enough water to cover half the depth of the apples in pan
Directions

1add all ingredients to pan and bring to boil stirring occasionally.

2lower temp to medium heat, then let cook until chunks of apples start falling apart.

3About 1Hour

4then using a potato smasher smash until no chunks left.

5place in plastic container with lid in refridgerator until ready to serve..
