Apple Snack Cake

Directions

   In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.

   Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes.

   Pour into a greased 13-inch x 9-inch x 2-inch baking pan.

   Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

   Cool on a wire rack.

   When cool to with frosting.
