- 3 cups Apple Skin Peelings (that's about 13 apples, any kind)
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 3/4 tbsp. Cinnamon
- 1 tbsp. butter
Directions

1Make Apple Spagetti right before it is being served, to avoid the peelings to turn brown.To Make Apple Spagetti, you take the apples and peel them by hand or with an apple peeler.

2Do not use the inside of the apples, only the skin.

3Your peels should be about a half or one centimeter wide.

4Put the skins in a bowl, and the cinnamon and the sugar.

5Mix, then put butter on and set in the microwave for 45 seconds on high.

6Take them out and enjoy!
