Apple Spice Cheesecake

  • 3 cups Granny Smith apples, cored, sliced
  • 6 Tbsp. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. Unsalted butter
  • 1-1/4 qt. JELL-O Brand Cheesecake Filling Mix
  • 1-1/2 qt. milk
  • 4 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 3 each graham cracker crust
  • 3/4 cup Sliced almonds, toasted
  • 3/4 cup apricot jam, heated, strained

Directions

    Cook apples and sugar in butter in large saucepan or saute pan on medium heat until tender, stirring frequently.

    Cool.

    Prepare cheesecake filling mix with milk according to package directions.

    Stir in cinnamon.

    Pour evenly into pie shells.

    Arrange 1 cup of the cooked apple slices in circular pattern around top of each cheesecake, starting at the outer edge of cake.

    Sprinkle with almonds.

    Drizzle with jam.
